Sunday Rider Sign-In

Open from 9am, all riders entering any/all of the KXC1000, NAT7 or the 12+ DUATHLONS must check-in at at least 30 mins before the start of their first race to pay for their entry and collect their w/e race number.

With a new route for 2016, the annual KXC1000 offers a traditional style XC race for everyone who loves a full on 50/50 mix of climbs and white knuckled, wide grinned descents with no technical stuff...                more ....>>

Race Prize Givings +
Big Noisy Bike Parade

Led by Balquhidder Pipers, mixed in with our very own bike fest CHEERLEADERS and followed up at the rear by a blast of Brass, the annual Big Noisy Bike Parade invites all cyclists & spectators young and old to join in a grand 500metre march/pedal from the Balvaig bridge to Kirkton field... Toot that horn and ring that bell!!

In Kirkton Field Balquhidder Bike Fest will host its first Tug O' War bonanza starting with Android v i-phone users then Horsey Ladies v Husbands and culminating in the Mountain Bikers v Road bikers TOW Championship.                                                         more >>

Wrapping up events in Kirkton field, we have the ever hilarious duathlon

run and ride races for everyone with a bike. There will be two races -A short 100m run and 400m ride for the U12's and a 400m run and 1600m ride for the 12+'s  All this, shoulder to shoulder with the rest! First one back in each age and gender category wins!                                    more....>>

Mellow Pedal

And finally, to wrap up the day the mellow pedal is open to absolutely everyone who fanicies a chilled and relaxed ride round all or part of the NAT7 12k loop. This year refreshment stop-overs are available at Mhor 84 and the Broch cafe.

Camping Field Opens

Due to the recent wet weather the planned rough camping field will unfortunately not be available. Camping is available at immervoulin and Balquhidder Braes campsites

Saturday Rider Sign-In

Open at the village hall from 3-4pm Saturday and from 9am Sunday, All riders entering any/all of the K-Trail Enduro, the KXC1000, NAT7 or SPRINT DUATHLONS must check-in at at least 30 mins before the start of their first race to pay for their entry and collect their w/e race number.

style singletrack downhill trail event.

All Bike Fest goers and locals are welcome to the festival tent at the village hall for Monachyle Mhor's special mobile "Fish and Chips" plus some live music, a splash of Ceilidh, the K-Trail prize giving and a wee DJ session.
